What I am mad about is this tape was taken out of contents and didn't finish the rest of this woman's explanation of her pivot point and she realised she was being a racist of sorts and she not only went back and helped that farmer she stoped seeing in black and white, but as a human problem. I read that part about her SUPPOSEDLY going back and helping the white farmer Shelle but that doesn't excuse her behavior in the video. NO company needs people who can't look past the color of a persons skin and feels they need to send him to his "own kind". I mean what the heck was THAT all about, "own kind"? Own kind is that we are all HUMANS not some sub human beneath the shoe of some azzwipe who thinks they're superior to another. Nope IMO this weasel needed to go.

That video isn't complete, that is the build up of what she did at first, her realizing that it isn't a black or white issue but a human problem and going back and fixing her mistake with the farmer and strove from that day on to see people as people and not in black and white. That was 24 years ago, her mistake now was believing that the NAACP would understand her pivot point when she stopped seeing in black and white (24 years ago). Instead they released a video that was chopped shopped and only shown her in a bad light. Ask your self why they were so eager to throw her under the bus, when they protect the bone headed black panther (black KKK) that is screaming to whom ever will listen that he wants to kill white babies?

I would rather have someone in that job that learned not to see in black and white (24 years ago), then someone that just good at hiding the fact.

It's possible that it could have been a set up. If she was fired for this being out of context then she should be re-instated.

It does seem odd that they saw fit to fire her right away. As for the Black panthers well the administration doesn't even want to acknowledge them, they want people to just forget about them because those people are going to be useful to them again later.

Ms Sherrod is dispensable and not that useful to them where as the black panthers are.

She's been offered another position today by Tom Vilsack. He's also taking ALL the blame for it. Seems like he's brown nosing so Obama won't be mad at him. LOL
